Company Structure - Marketing Department Our Marketing Department is the brain of CityView. Initially responsible for researching potential properties to market through awareness of the latest market trends and a close association with property developers, we then seek out the prime developments throughout Australia to present to our clients. Potential properties are assessed within a group process involving our managing director, sales and marketing staff. We select only properties that satisfy our selection.
Criteria 1. The property must display excellent capital growth potential. 2. The properties must be in high demand areas for future Rental. Some properties must attract corporate clientele. 3. Pricing must not be at a premium but the price set by the vendor and openly discloses 4. The property must be close to all facilities, Transport, Schools and other amenities. The next step in the process is to make available relevant marketing material using innovative, creative and up to date resources to produce the most accurate and informative brochure for the sales and finance teams, our referrers and clients. The dynamic marketing team combine a wealth of experience from graphic arts and web design, to advertising and business dynamics.
